Circus Fans Visit Del Grosso Amusement Park Circus Fans attending the "Circus Week Altoona 2003" were given a tour of DelGrosso's Amusement Park in Tipton, Pa. The main attraction was the restored antique Herschell-Spillman Carousel. In the photo are left to right Carl Crider,Jr., Park General Manager, Tom Riley, Park Marketing Consultant and David P.
